Description
A delicious and easy homemade crust for any size or kind of dessert you can think of!????
Ingredients
10 graham cracker sheets (1 1/2 cups/170g) graham cracker crumbs
1 T granulated sugar
1 T brown sugar
7 T (100g) butter, melted
Instructions
Crush graham crackers in a food processor or with a kitchen mallet until finely ground into crumbs.
In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, and both sugars Add melted butter and use a fork to blend ingredients well.
Place mixture into your pie tin, glass pan or ramekin of choice. Use the back of a spoon or the bottom of a glass to press the crumbs firmly into the bottom and sides, (if desired) of your pan. Use your fingers if necessary to perfect the job.
Pre-bake if needed at 375º F (190º C) for 8-10 minutes, keeping a close eye not to burn. If you are making this crust for a different recipe, bake according to that recipe’s instructions. If this is for a no-bake recipe, refrigerate or freeze the crust for 10-20 minutes to set before filling it.
Notes
