Two cut out decorated heart shape cookies.

This gluten-free sugar cookie recipe is my new rollout, cut-out cookie favorite.

I am forever on the hunt for a yummy but healthier sugar cookie recipe. I think I found it!

My perfect cookie is gluten-free, without refined sugar and the guilt that comes with it.

I know you will love them too! 😉

Growing up, my favorite decorated cookie recipe was hands-down my Mom’s “White Sugar Cookies.”

The recipe was from Mrs. Jones, my parent’s elderly go-to neighbor when they were newly married.

This seasoned housewife brought a world of advice, assistance, and recipes to my young Mom.

It is heartwarming how recipes intertwined with memories are handed down through the generations.

They have just the right balance of crispness and softness—also, a perfect hint of salt.

You’ll love how easily and quickly it comes together with only five ingredients.

Yes, FIVE. And it tastes great even if you slightly overbake it.

Not that I would ever do such a thing. 😁

Most brands of meringue powder are gluten-free, but check to be sure that your Meringue Powder Mix is gluten-free first.
